Common Candle Mistakes:
Not getting the best burn?
These Mistakes might be why.
![]() Leaving the candle in a drafty area. Drafts can cause candle to burn enevenly and start to soot. | ![]() Avoid burning your candle for too short a time. As this can cause tunneling. Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container, but never burn for more than 4hours at a time. | ![]() Place your candle on a stable heat resistant surface, away from drafts and anything flammable. And never leave unattended. |

![]() Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish the flame completely before leaving the room or going to sleep. | ![]() "Stop burning when 1/2 inch of wax remains. Failure to do so may cause the container to overheat and become a fire hazard." | ![]() Wicks ALWAYS need to be trimmed to 1/4 inch before each burn to prevent sooting and tunneling. |
