Shipping & Processing
We are not liable for delays or damages once items have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Most orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow additional processing time during major sales, launches, or holiday seasons.
At this time, we ship within the contiguous United States only.
Tracking notifications are sent once your order has been processed, not when it has officially shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If your package has been marked delivered for more than 14 days, we recommend you reach our directly to the carrier for more information.
