​At Love & Faye, each order is prepared and packaged with care. We want your candles to arrive safely and beautifully, and we appreciate your patience while we get your order ready for its journey to you.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package along the way. 

Tracking notifications are sent once your order has been processed, not when it has officially shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.​ 

If your package has been marked delivered for more than 14 days, we recommend you reach out directly to the carrier for more information.

Shipping & Delivery

​Love & Faye orders are carefully prepared and typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, we will select USPS or UPS based on the best available standard shipping option for your destination.

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–8 business days after your order has shipped. Expedited shipping options may also be available at checkout.

Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are outside of Love & Faye's direct control. Unexpected delays may occur due to severe weather, holidays, peak shopping periods, or other carrier-related circumstances.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships so you can follow its delivery progress.

​​​Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Has Shipped?​

Unfortunately, once your order has shipped and tracking information has been issued, Love & Faye cannot change the shipping address.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order to make sure your address is accurate and complete.

Once Your Package Ships

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, its delivery journey is largely in the carrier's hands. While unexpected delays can happen, we will do everything we reasonably can to help if there is an issue with your shipment.

We encourage you to monitor your tracking information for the most current delivery updates.
